We're incredibly grateful for the swift and compassionate response to our recent appeal for rescuing the injured dog in Lolang. Thanks to the amazing efforts of the local resident Bina Karki Didi for keeping her in the safe and warm unless Shreeti and Anubhav (they live nearby lolang) arrived there, the dog was safely rescued and taken to a shelter where it will receive the care it needs.
This act of kindness highlights the strength and compassion within our community. Together, we can make a difference and provide a better life for these animals in need.

Initially feared to have distemper, this sweet dog tested distemper negative.
Meet our brave rescue from Goldhunga. She is diagnosed with neurological disorder, after further tests, it was found that her condition became worse due to liver problem.
Meanwhile, we are keeping her comfortable and monitoring any changes in behavior, giving her medication and physical therapy.

This traumatized dog was beaten over and over again by the locals to kill him, but he was lucky enough to get picked up and saved ❤️
He was abandoned and left to fend for himself few weeks ago in Hepali Height. He was suffering from a painful wound on his tail, which made him more aggressive and, sadly, he began biting children and few other people in the area. This behavior stemmed from fear and pain, not from an innate desire to harm. But the locals were trying to kill him 💔
The rescue was challenging and took considerable time and effort. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure the safety of both the dog and the community. After a long and difficult process, we successfully rescued him.
He is now in our care, receiving the medical attention and love he desperately needs.
Together, let's give him second chance to get love and care that he deserves ☘️

16 hours stuck in sewer hole, her rescue story is mesmerizing.
Kindness can transform someone's dark moment with the blaze of light ❤️ Be kind to animals, empower those in need. You were born with the ability to change someone's life.
She's admitted in the hospital, having little bit breathing problem due to soaked in sewage water for 16 long hours.
PS- the rescue wouldn't be possible without the immense effort of locals, our vet technician Sujan Timalsina and Sharan Shrestha and the medical team of Bhatbhateni Animal Hospital for the late night service.
At 5 AM on June 15, a dog fell into a sewer hole in Ason. Despite the tireless efforts of dedicated locals for over 13 hours, they were unable to rescue him.
At 7 PM, our SPCA team was notified and promptly responded. By 9 PM, the dog was successfully rescued, though soaked in sewage water and in critical condition. He is now receiving urgent medical care at the hospital. We will keep you posted about his status and condition.

Another misery, another hit-and-run case 💔
In the place Loktantrik Chowk - Tarkeshwor, a female dog was found a victim of a hit-and-run incident.
Despite her once lively demeanor, she was struggling to move, her fur matted and eyes filled with pain since few days.
A kind person Mr Timothy John Lama saw her condition and informed us. After we agreed to provide her shelter and necessary treatment he instantly brought her to our Shelter.

A college student, Tenzing Dolkar, saw this little kitten in the middle of the street in Bouddha, Tinchuli all alone and hurt. The wound on its neck is suspected as dog bite.
As she had informed us late in the evening, we asked her to drop the kitten in Bhatbhateni Animal Hospital for the immediate treatment as its survival chance was very low as frequent seizer attacks and rapid breathing made more complex to save its life. Luckily its condition is bit better than yesterday and also getting further treatment.
