Most jobs can be taught. Give people a chance.
I hired an employee 15 minutes into their interview.
They ended up being a great fit.
Some of the best employees I’ve hired started with ZERO experience.
The purpose of entry-level jobs are to gain experience and learn.
Entry-level jobs should not demand any experience.
Dear recruiters and hiring managers,
Here's my advice:
If someone is a good fit, just hire them.
