First picture is of an animal. That was suffering with Lumpy Skin Disease. I have started its treatment and second picture is of today's condition after 5 days of treatment.
Animal is almost recovered, disease stopped from very first treatment, feed intake restored, nodules have vanished, swelling on neck region has recovered.

It's a contagious disease of small livestock like goats and sheep.
PPR is a viral disease it's symptoms are high fever, blisters in mouth, severe diarrhea, off feeding.
This is a viral disease and don't have any specific treatment so the only way to prevent the disease is vaccination of your herd.

It is an viral disease so don't have any specific treatment.
Only way is prevention from disease through vaccination.
Death rate of small livestock is very high in these type of cases so get your livestock vaccinated as soon as possible.
