ExcelEndo in parteneriat cu SimplyEndo (UK) va ofera un concept inedit sub forma unui program complex de pregatire post universitara avand ca tema centrala endodontia. Abordarea noastra este una bazata pe interactivitate, metoda prin care ne dorim ca participantii acestui curs sa ajunga la curent cu ultimile tehnici endodontice in cel mai scurt timp posibil.Pe parcursul acestui program vom discuta

despre aspecte teoretice generale, diverse protocoale clinice bazate pe dovezi stiintifice de ultima actualitate cat vom si purcede la punerea lor in practica prin intermediul unor sesiuni de training hands-on.

Managed to fix it after ledging by using inappropriate tools. Case finished with hyflex and manual protapers. Irrigated with NaOCl and EDTA, obturated WVC GP and AH26+. Case by Cosmin Fetcu

An interesting case of irreversible pulpitis on second upper premolar, with S-shape palatinal root. With nice lateral canal :) .
Instrumentation was performed with handfiles and rotary. Buccal canal was shaped with PNext and apex with kfile. Palatinal canal was shaped with ProFile in Coronal Zone and with handfiles in Balanced Force Technique in Apical Zone. MAF was 20.04.
Irrigation: Hypo 5.25% and Manual Dynamic Activation.
Obturation: Gutta and sealer in MasterCone Technique.
