Laban 🤍 Rescued With Love @1001.paws and promised a lifetime of love and care. Laban was found in a garbage bin, outside a grocery. With the help of @1001.paws members, he was quickly rescued and started his new life amongst hundreds of other cats, safe at one of our sanctuaries. Khadrawatii was found in a terrible condition. A vet said the only possible explanation was that a human had deliberately sliced off his two back legs and part of his ear with a knife. But now Khadrawatii has a very kind person caring for him from far away. She is one of our Sanctuary Guardian members and thanks to her amazing support, he lives a happy and safe life at a @1001.paws special needs sanctuary. #rescuedwithlove @1001.paws 🐾 When Zaytoon was found, he has big problems. His stomach and liver were wrapped around his heart. He had a diaphragm hernia and underwent extensive heart surgery but they couldn’t save half of his liver nor part of his lungs. After recovery, he was adopted but his troubles continued! He has a disorder named Pica and as a result liked to swallow rubber pieces. Pica is more common in cats than is expected. After two more surgeries, to date, he is thriving in one of our sanctuaries where he enjoys exploring outside. He has settled and is much happier. Zaytoon has definitely used some of his nine lives! Cancer in cats is normally terminal, she was a very small girl and it took her very quickly. Maneia suffered horrific abuse at the hands of humans. The veterinary surgeons had no choice but to amputate one leg and part of his tail.
