Whether it’s a hike, a cart or sledding tour or an expedition, our main goal is to create a personal and unique experience of Svalbard. Providing tours for a relatively small group of people at a time allow us to utilise our knowledge of the customers’ needs and expectations to a greater extent, thus making us able to customise our pr
oduct more specifically to the individual. �Changing the route or starting time of a tour upon request are examples of simple adjustments that are manageable within reasonable frames and create a considerably higher value for the guests. In our opinion there is no better way to do this than giving them a firsthand experience of the simple life and introducing them to traditional sled dogs and their use as a traditional way of transportation in the arctic regions as it has been done for thousands of years.
