This stir-fried bayam spinach with goji berries is the perfect combination of sweet and savoury. The natural sweetness of the goji berries complements the earthy and slightly nutty flavor of the bayam spinach, creating a delicious and well-rounded dish.

Ingredients:
• 1 packet bayam spinach from Netafarm https://www.fairprice.com.sg/brand/netafarm
• 1 tablespoons goji berries
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash the bayam spinach and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Soak the goji berries in warm water for 5-10 minutes until they soften.
3. Heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat in a wok or frying pan.
4. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant and slightly browned.
5. Add the bayam spinach and stir-fry until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
6. Add the goji berries and oyster sauce and stir-fry for another minute or two.
7. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice as a main dish. Enjoy!

A healthy and tasty Xiao Bai Cai with mushroom recipe that create a delicious blend of flavours and texture.

INGREDIENTS
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
• 1 tsp salt
• 7 dried shiitake mushrooms
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 pkt of Netafarm Xiao Bai Cai, washed and cut

(A) Sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional: use vegetarian oyster sauce to keep the dish vegan)
• 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
• ½ tsp dark soy sauce
• 1½ tbsp regular soy sauce
• ¼ tsp sugar
• 1 dash sesame oil
• 1 dash white pepper
• reserved mushroom soaking water

(B) Corn starch mixture
• 1 tbsp corn starch (mixed with 1 tbsp water)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash the mushrooms and soak them in 1-2 cups of just-boiled water for 30 minutes or until softened.
2. Prepare all your ingredients and the (B) corn starch mixture.
3. After the mushroom are done soaking, slice them. Set the mushrooms and the soaking water aside and prepare the (A) Sauce.
4. Bring a pot of water to boil and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 tsp salt. Blanch the Xiao Bai Cai for a couple of minutes or until just crisp tender, but still bright green. Drain well and transfer to a serving plate.
5. In a fry pan on medium heat, spread 2 tbsp vegetable oil around the perimeter. Add the garlic and fry until aromatic, then add the mushrooms and stir fry for 20 seconds.
6. Pour the (A) Sauce to the pan. Wait for the sauce to comes up to a simmer then turn the heat down and allow to simmer for another 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft and tender.
7. Next, give the (B) corn starch mixture a stir and add it to the pan. Stir until thickened.
8. Transfer the mushrooms and sauce to the cooked Xiao Bai Cai and serve.
