The Groomer
Groomer Doreen is a certified professional pet stylist. She graduated in 2008 from Dog Care Grooming Academy, in association with California Academy Of Animal Aesthetics (CAAA), and has attained the "Certified All Breed Professional Groomer" certificate.
Safety and cleanliness are of the utmost importance for Doreen. The shop premise and equipments/tools are cleaned and sterilized daily to prevent cross contamination and for the safety of the pets that comes in.
All pets are dried by hand, no cage drying. And to ensure that the appropriate care can be shown on every individual pet, Doreen works on one pet at a time, and only accepts 4-5 appointments per day.
Please understand that each basic grooming may take 1-2 hours, full grooming may take 2-3 hours, or even longer, depending on the coat/length and temperament of the pet during grooming. Kindly allow the time needed and do not rush the groomer through the session.
