Today's quick tip is 'drying'. Our kiosk is equipped with both a vacuum and a heated blower. To be most effective, try using the vacuum first to remove the bulk of the water from the coat, then move to the blower for any remaining water. If your goal is to leave completely dry and you have a dog with a thick heavy coat, you may want to consider bringing a towel as an additional tool for drying.

We apologize to any customers who attempted to use the kiosk after 3pm today. Our credit card processor released an update that shut down processing for washes. We have since restored service and ran a test successfully. We are thankful for your patience as we worked through the issue.

We are introducing our quick tips feature where we share useful notes about our kiosk service. Today's quick tip is 'soap dispensing'. Our soap is a contact soap and will dispense at a low volume. For best results, wet the coat down with rinse cycle, then select your soap, spray the soap on the coat and then work the product in using a lathering, scrubbing motion.

FYI, due to issues with our sliding glass door being left open during very extreme temp (our kiosk got up to 95 degrees!) we have had to lock our sliding glass door to avoid problems. We apologize for the inconvenience.
