It's pickling season at Tulsi farms 😬 .shree has been doing her magic with these green jackfruits and mangoes in preparation for the yummy jackfruit mango pickle that you all loved so much last year. It's still some time before we start selling these but stay tuned for more updates and announcements about other pickles we'll be offering this year. We decided to go to Homestead, Florida to get the best jackfruits and sour mangoes as we want to take you back home when you relish our pickles. Not to mention, we got to checkout some awesome farms in Homestead and pick our jackfruits and mangoes from an orchard😀

Jackfruit and mango pickle will be ready in a few weeks😋 This is one of my favorite pickles and I’ve never seen any indian grocery stores carry a jackfruit pickle. We’ve had trouble finding good jackfruit locally so we’re glad we could get the perfect jackfruits we needed from . We’ll announce when these are ready for pickup. Stay tuned!

Currying up for next year! We’re getting these cute little curry leaf plants ready for sale next year with lots of love Nd care. Growing from seeds turned out to be a great idea - a lot seeds produced multiple seedlings & the roots are long and quite healthy on them.

Ladybugs to the rescue! We started seeing a heavy infestation of aphids (notice the tiny stem covered in green things) on roses, apple trees, etc. and have deployed ladybugs across the garden who got to task right out of the bag. We’re hoping to introduce many more beneficial insects this year to naturally control bugs and pests that destroy our veggies and fruits.

Looking forward to our onions & garlics that are doing pretty good in their new home. We were finally able to put together our first caterpillar tunnel. We had a great harvest last year and the few customers that tried our red onions absolutely loved it. So, we’re growing a lot more this year. 🧅🧄
