As many of you have met my bather Sam over the past few months, she tragically lost her son last night. I will be have to reschedule some of your appointments in the upcoming days as I have to be there for her as she isn’t just my employee she’s my best friend too and I will need to be there for her and her family. These sweet girls worked on their beta club hours and gathers their own donations to bring to the shop for the shelter! I was overwhelmed with joy today when they showed up! They had so many things for us to take! From bags of dog food, bags of cat food, tons of treats, jugs of cat litter, multiple things of Dawn dish soap, some peanut butter, and I’m sure there was more! It was such a blessing!

Our foodbank is completely out of cat food! Donations can be dropped off at PAWS M, Tu, Th, F, Sat 12-5pm. Donations can also be shipped to the shelter. Our address is 1320 Hwy 29 S. Anderson, SC 29626. We accept all brands of food. All donations are tax-deductable and are greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone! Please read!

I just want to talk to you for a minute. I’m sure that most of you know but some may not know about the respiratory illness going around the country. Unfortunately they don’t know, as of right now, what the virus is and it has made some dogs beyond extremely sick. I urge you to do your own research on it if you aren’t aware.

We have been keeping up with this and are doing what we normally do which is clean and sanitize, and then clean and sanitize more! We are also in the process of implementing a few new measures as precautions as well. We have never had a sickness at the shop and we plan to keep it that way! We are also keeping in touch with several vets that we thankfully have connections with and keeping a close eye on it!

For everyone’s safety if your pet:
🐾If your pup has shown any of these signs in the past month you must have a vet clearance to come back!

🐾If your pup is showing any signs of these symptoms at time of check in you will also be sent home and be required to have vet clearance to come back as well!

🐾Common symptoms include:
• Coughing
• Sneezing
• Nasal and eye discharge
• Lethargy
• Fever

🐾If you have boarded your pet please wait at least a week before bringing your pet to get groomed as well!

We love all of your pets and plan to do what ever we have too to keep everyone safe! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out and I’ll be glad to answer them to my best ability!

Alright everyone I need your help! Since the last toy drive was an amazing turn out I’ve decided to host a supply drive every year! Same rules apply as last time. For every item donated I’ll match it! So if we get 500items donated I’m donating 500 items! Donations can be brought to the shop any day if we’re not here they can be left by the door! I’ll be collecting them through December 18th and delivering them on the 19th! Let’s make this a huge drive! Can we fill my expedition with all the seats down this time? Y’all filled the back last time! Let’s do it again maybe I’ll even have to make multiple trips! If we have enough donated we can even split it up to a few shelters so no pup goes with out this Christmas 😍 Also, Blankets, toys, stuffed animals, all that stuff doesn’t have to be new it can be gently used! Do you have a open bag of food your pup or kitty won’t eat? Drop it by they use it for their brain stimulation puzzles and toys! Y’all get those donations coming in! We can do this!
