Just a reminder! Brushwood will be closed, Thursday July 4th! Someone will be in the office for food/medication pick ups on Friday July 5th but we will not have a doctor available. We will be fully back in the office Monday July 8th! I hope everyone stays safe! 🐾🇺🇸

Just wanted to give all of our clients a heads up to order any medications or food that needs a doctors approval today or tomorrow. Our veterinarians will be out of the office on Thursday (5/30/24). We will still be in the office for pick ups and toe nail trims if anyone needs a pedicure! 😀

With heavy hearts, we had to say goodbye to our amazing office cat Nikita today. She’s kept all the chipmunks away from the clinic, she made sure to be in your face 100% of the time, (especially when you’re on the phone!) You’ve been the boss of this clinic for 16 years and you will be missed by so many.

Kita beans, parakita, kita kitty- we will miss you!

WE WANT TO GIVE A HUGE WARM WELCOME TO
DR. RUTH GUISCHARD!!!!!

Dr. Ruth Guischard, a NH native, spent two years at Florida Gulf Coast University for her undergraduate degree. She was then accepted to University College Dublin in Ireland for vet school. She returned to New England where she completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at VCA South Shore in Weymouth, MA. Dr. Ruth is now back in her roots at Brushwood Vet Clinic working aside her father, also Dr. Guischard and his long time associate, Dr. Lawson.
Outside of the office, Dr. Guischard enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and cuddling with her German Shepherd, Gracie. She has a very strong interest in surgery and nutrition.

Please help us give a nice warm welcome to our new vet!🤩
