Good morning from Sonia and Soda! These are two *bonded* sisters. And when I say bonded, I mean BONDED in all caps. Soda came to us heavily pregnant with sister Sonia as her plus one. When Soda gave birth, Sonia was literally right by her side, helping to clean up the babies and providing comfort to Soda.

This mama tag team is done with their mothering duties and ready to live the good life, together forever in a home that will dote on them, which should be easy seeing how precious they are. Bonus: Sonia has a cute little bobtail!

‼️‼️‼️ Saturday AM ER trip from one of the babies we rescued from Bartow Co animal control last night! He’s not interested in eating so Aimee has been syringe feeding baby food. They also have a cough and are literal skin and bones. Please send up some good vibes our way for this little peanut!! If you’re able to send any donations to cover the cost of the ER visit we would be greatly appreciative!!! We are chugging along on fumes this kitten season! We will keep you posted! Thank you!!!

URGENT INTAKE!!! Sweet single nugget is safe with us instead of in a cold, steel cage at animal control. He is with our wonderful foster Gregg and will have surgery when he’s a few weeks older and stabilized (he has horrible diarrhea right now).

These are two bonded sisters, one pregnant, the other TBD. We are bringing them in today so they can give birth in a safe and healthy environment.

But this makes mamas #4 and 5, and all the kittens that come with pregnant mamas. Our foster roster is getting long and WE NEED SUPPLIES 😫😫😫. Or funds to buy supplies/pay for vetting.

These two girls. Look how they’re always together! Tinsel and Jingle are still working on socializing with humans but their foster dad tells us they have no problems being near him, even getting in the bed with him, and generally wreaking havoc throughout the house. They are playful, energetic girls, about 6mo, and looking for their together forever home. Please consider these panther princesses if you’re looking to expand your fur family. They may take a little extra patience, but let me tell you: when you finally break down those walls… there’s nothing sweeter than that feeling… knowing they trust you and feel safe with you. Color me confused because I don’t know why these GORGEOUS girls (Arrow and Machete) have not been adopted yet! They are about 8mo, bonded, and have become the sweetest little loves. Foster mom .harris1 tells me that Machete has started greeting her at the door, begging for pets. 😭😭😭 Please consider these two beauty queens if you’re looking to expand your furry family!

Whew, Lordy, today has been a rollercoaster.

We were tagged in a post yesterday about a super pregnant cat, trying to find a rescue to bring her in. We volunteered. Well between last night and this morning, it seems she gave birth outside somewhere because *of course* she did.

Her belly is smaller than yesterday, she has nursing wet spots around her ni***es, and (after running her to a local vet) X-rays show her internal organs have been reconfigured as if to accommodate a pregnancy.

UNFORTUNATELY, she has the babies hidden very well and her rescuer wasn’t able to find then when she let her go back to her nest in an attempt to get the babies! We are sending an AirTag and some yummy wet food, as well as building a warm nest, in the hopes she will either move them or we can track her. Cross all your fingers and toes!

While we prepare to hopefully bring in this little family, we are low on supplies.

And donations are always appreciated. The X-rays alone were $200.

🚨⚠️ KITTEN SEASON HAS ARRIVED… One of our fostermamas came across a stray cat that showed up at someone’s house VERY pregnant. The resident didn’t want her, and said she just seems content to eat with their other stray cats and is friendly … this sweet girl is barely an adult and already about to pop with what is NOT likely her first litter. Per vet exam & X-ray, she is full term & has 4-5 babies inside. Vet said 4, we *think* we see 5… regardless, please help us welcome our first pregnant rescue of 2023, Tiny Dancer! Her name came from her fostermama: “Well for one, she was this tiny little thing, teeny & petite. But somehow still dainty, even with this huge baby belly. She stood out to me because of her size. She came right up to me, batted her big golden eyes at me, and let me pet her. She was so itty bitty and graceful and the name just came to me. We can change it, but then the fact that she is so cuddly fits too. Also I really do like Elton John!” She is safe & being fostered by Christine, who has rescued and fostered with us before!! We will share her updates here!! Our goal is to get her as healthy as possible in as little time as we have before she delivers - royal treatment: healthy and good wet & dry food, all she can eat! 💗OLIVIA UPDATE💗 Sweet girl was discharged last night and look at her go! She is about 5mo but weighs what a 3mo would, so she’s pretty underweight…. But we can fix that. She’s on some pretty strong antibiotics as a precaution since the cyst that was removed was pretty nasty and infected. But I mean just look at her go. She’s a completely new kitten! She will have a follow up at our feline specialist later this week to check labs and progress on her surgical site. She’s with our co-founder @partapsassyseven so go follow her to see how she’s doing!! We will always favor saving a life over available funds, but finances are still something we have to face.
