Good morning :)

We wanted to thank our clients for the patience while we are all learning our new platform, Petdesk. We have added Petdesk to the practice in order to provide better customer service to our clients. This allows our reception team to better serve the clients who are presently in the clinic versus always being on the phone. Clients will be getting emails and text messages to confirm their appointments. Where we are struggling is our clients are not answering these messages and our reception team is still having to call and confirm instead. If you are able to answer the email or text message we would appreciate this. If you are having trouble with petdesk, please email us at [email protected] If you haven't signed up, please do!
