I'm not going to sugar coat it, you will work outside. It will be hot, cold, dusty and sometimes strenuous. But you will be working alongside good people here at BFEED. And you will be helping good customers.
Duties could include everything we do here at BFEED. These positions may focus on a certain area including fertilizer truck applicator, mechanic, feed mill operator or grain elevator operator.

When not needed to be driving you would be needed in the shop doing maintenance and repairs on trucks and other equipment.

Duties could include everything we do here at BFEED. You could be learning how to make animal feed for Cattle, Sheep, Horses, Pigs Goats and Chickens. You could be unloading pallets of 50 pound bags of feed into our warehouse and off stacking them to load for our customers. You could be on a skid steer or front wheel loader loading pallets of feed or bulk fertilizer for our customers. If you are qualified, you could drive a fertilizer truck to spread fertilizer for our customers. We also have bulk feed trucks and fertilizer tender trucks that need to make deliveries to customers. If you are mechanically inclined, you could help with repairs and maintenance.

Baldwin Feed turned 30 years old on December 1st, 2022! Due to our old age, we are just now getting around to celebrate. Ha!

30 years is a long time, but it’s just a fraction of the time that ag business has been taking place on this BFEED property. We have some artifacts that show business taking place here in the late 1800’s! We are humbled to know we are continuing the tradition.
