Located on just under 30 acres of beautiful rolling pastures, manicured lawns and scenic ponds, and nestled in the peaceful countryside of the town of Galway, our historic farm is just 15 minutes from the world renowned resort towns of Saratoga Springs and Ballston Spa. Sand Hill Farm offers year round horse boarding, leasing and lessons for those interested in English and Western riding. For boa

rders and lesson clients, we offer use of our 75' round pen and 60' X 150' outdoor riding arena. Our neat and clean barn is home to a charming assortment of friendly and curious equines - including Morgan horses, a mini mule, mini horses, as well as a few ponies and a variety of cherished "guests" - the horses owned by our boarders. Our facilities include a large lighted pavilion with microwave, grill and refrigeration, comfortable overstuffed outdoor patio chairs and tables with umbrellas, free standing shade gazebos, and a selection of family friendly lawn games for your entertainment. The pavilion is available by reservation for family gatherings, group picnics, weddings, birthday parties and more.

We have a few stalls available. Full board is 375 per month and includes our barn grain , great hay, water,shavings,cleaned every day and two big pastures to roam around in with the herd. Run in sheds and brought into the stalls at night and all set up clean with their hay and grain already waiting for them. We will hold horses for owners for vets, farrier, and put on blankets in the winter and don't charge extra. We have an outdoor arena and two round pens and do not tolerate hitting or abusing a horse by owners, they are asked to leave. On a different note if for any reason a horse has to be put down, we don't call "the meat man" and have a burial place for them for owners to visit at any time. The horses come first.
