Around The Bend Farms (ATBF) is thrilled to announce an alliance that promises a harvest of health and hope. We've recently embarked on a mission with the High Desert Food & Farm Alliance (HDFFA) to fulfill the VeggieRX program, aiming to nourish the lives of at least 30 members of the Warm Springs Reservation community, weekly throughout the harvest season of 2024. We are also working with administrators at the Health & Human Services to facilitate a healthy food system on the reservation.

Did you know that using Goats in order to mow lawns reduces Carbon emissions? Particulates from lawn mowers can get into lungs and damage a worker's health. We utilize them in a way that feeds them, while protecting our workers from dangerous fumes.

A great time was had by all, and the energy was palpable! The Farm-to-Warm Springs fundraiser was a glowing success, and we received quite an outpouring of wonderful community support. We are so grateful to all who attended and donated, and we’re especially grateful for the Warm Springs Community Action Team for collaborating with us on such an important and impactful food sustainability project.

We hope this day is a strong reminder that we are capable of such greatness, and we don't need to look far to see that everyone should have the right and ability to be whatever beautiful expression an individual can be, regardless of the color of a person's skin.

Our current Farm-to-Warm Springs project is all about working with our indigenous sisters and brothers to help establish food sovereignty on the Warm Springs Reservation.
