We had a lot of fun 😀 juiced some in the morning. I made this wrappers use wheatgrass juice.
Homemade wrappers definitely takes longer time, but it’s so much tasty 😋. It makes me think of home, feel the love from my grandma 👵 who taught me all of the cookings ❤️

Few of our friends are sick 😷 this week. We decided to make a big pot of and do some “food drop off services 🚪 “❤️, with a container of 🌱 with it to help their immune system.

( 👉👉👉 see the last picture of the beautiful mushroom we put in the curry. Thank you our dear friend Rob )

We also make sure we have broccoli on our own dinning table for each meal recently.

Fun facts from Ping about sunflower 🌻 microgreens:

1) we soak sunflower seeds in water for 8-12 hours before planting 🌱
2) sunflower needs to grow under weight for the first 3 days
3) next, place the sunflower trays under grow lights, they need to be watered right away 💦 —- no spray !! Yes, no spray ! just give them water 💦 💦 and light 💡 💡
4) we wash 💧and dry sunflower before packing
5) from plant to harvest, sunflower takes only 7 days !! 🤩

🌱💚🌱 freshness is what cares the most 👩‍🌾.

Today, one of my workers asked me 🤔what was my favorite thing among the jobs in the growing room 👩‍🌾

It’s hard to pick one ☝️.
Recently, I truly enjoy 😊 be able to spend a lot of time ⏰ in the growing room with multiple growing and harvesting days per week .

I learned that the more time I “hangout” with my plants 🌱, treat them carefully, check them regularly for water 💦 , they end up look 👀 more beautiful and healthier 😍😍

Looking at them (more pictures👉👉👉 ) truly makes me happy 😊

We hope more people in the community know and eat these beautiful nutritious 🌱

This is the year of Ox 🐂 , a hardworking zodiac sign 💪❤️.

Chinese New Year 🧧 is the biggest celebration 🎉 in China. The holiday have 16 days celebration ( from New Year’s Eve to Lantern festival 🏮🎐. Most of people have 7 days off for the holiday. Each day of the celebration has its own meaning and traditions...

Since 2012 I left home, this marks the 9th year I haven’t be able to go home and be with family ( except I was home for one week in 2016 summer time for a school project)

What do I miss the most? 🤔
I can’t pick one ☝️... I miss so many things, so many people , the culture I grow up with... ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
