Fireworks and other loud, sudden, or unfamiliar noises can send pets into an emotional tailspin.

Keep your pet safe and minimize noise-related anxiety by:
💪🏻Exercising your pet in the late afternoon
🫣Confining your pet to an interior room where they can safely hide
🎶Muffling sounds with white noise or soothing music
😌Using calming pet pheromone sprays or collars
🏆Distracting your pet with naturally soothing activities—fill a puzzle toy or lick mat with pet-safe high-value food (e.g., peanut butter, plain yogurt, cheese spread, tuna)
🩺Asking your vet about anti-anxiety medication or supplements
