Thanks to the two cars that drove right by me this morning while I was pulling a deer that had been hit by a car out of the middle of the road. Not one stopped to offer assistance. I thought Union County was better than this.

We are in Seattle awaiting our flight back home. Had a great time but disappointed we were unable to see the Dawes Glacier due to icy conditions. We did however get to see several whales in Icy Strait Point. (Will post video separately). Looking forward to getting home and seeing our fur babies.

We will see everyone Tuesday.

Visited the Space Needle and the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit. Absolutely beautiful! Then on to Pike Place Market. Finished the day at the ball park. We can scratch T-Mobile Park off our list of stadiums we want to visit. The Mariners didn’t disappoint either. They came to play with a win against the A’s 8-1. Today… we board the ship and set sail. 🛳️🛳️

Has been a busy couple of days. Flew out Wednesday and hit the ground running. Spent Thursday visiting Mount Rainier National Park. Hiked to Carter Falls and the views didn’t disappoint! The air is so fresh and clean. Finished the day walking around Puget Sound.

Thank you for all the well wishes. Mikes surgery went well. Took all of 25 minutes. He is now a proud owner of a Titanium Smart knee. We are home and he is resting comfortably. PT starts tomorrow 😳

What an amazing vacation! The pictures truly doesn’t do it any justice. The time has come to say goodbye and head back home. We have had so much fun, so many laughs and a lot of adventures. Looking forward to seeing our fur babies and being back to work. Hope everyone has enjoyed our pictures and if you haven’t been yet, you need to put it on your bucket list!! See you all soon!

Finished up our visit to Yellowstone with going to the South rim of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Hiked up to the lookout and got another view of the falls. My nephew and I then hiked to Clear Lake. Had a visitor while eating lunch in the parking lot. Went to Mount Washburn and we were literally above the clouds. Didn’t see the warning sign as it was very small and faded. 😳 It was absolutely breathtaking. Last visit was to the Grand Prismatic spring. Hiked a mile to the lookout due to all the traffic. Met a woman who climbed over the safety barrier to paint the spring. Her and her husband are from Savannah Georgia and she is an professional painter. Made our way to Cody Wyoming for the night. Had a beautiful view from our balcony. Heading to Jackson Hole for the next 4 days.

It definitely has been a very busy few days. On our way to West Yellowstone we stopped by the Devils Tower. What an amazing sight to see. Had a couple of climbers that were going to scale the tower. Visited Old Faithful and then toured the Old Faithful Inn. The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone never disappoints! Made the trip to Mammoth Hot Springs and what perfect timing. A Bull Elk was protecting his ladies and putting on a show. Will post the video next. We visited the Grizzly and Wolf Sanctuary. Very educational and was so cool to see the wildlife. Today we finally drove The Beartooth Highway. Arrived at the summit just in time to watch a storm roll in. Which it became vey windy and then began sleeting. Needless to say we have been having a great time!!

Made it to Rapid City, South Dakota yesterday. Stopped at the Badlands and ended it with feeding the prairie dogs. Today went to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse. Did a once and a lifetime tour to the top of Crazy Horse. What an amazing sight to see up close and personal. Tour guide said we could take the rocks, which is granite. If we could carry it, we can take it. Of course I picked one out that was about 15 pounds. Thanks Mike for carrying it for me!! 😂😜❤️Drove the Needles Highway and ended the day visiting Prairie Berry Winery. Tomorrow heading out first thing for Yellowstone National Park.
