We are still experiencing power loss at the shop. We are keeping fingers crossed that it will be restored soon and we will be able to open tomorrow as usual. Hoping all of you are staying cool and safe and that if you lost power it’s getting restored for you soon as well!!

Please be aware if you are coming from North Bossier or Benton and come down Benton Rd. That there is construction as they widen the turn lane for the on-ramps at 220 which are causing traffic and delays! Please plan ahead and allow yourself extra time while coming to your appt as we run on a tight schedule!

Please be aware that we do have a late cancellation and No-show policy! This is in the initial client paperwork we have you look over and fill out at your first visit. We do require 24hr notice for cancelling appointments. No-shows and late cancellations Do result in. $30 fee per dog which is added to your next appointment total. We also only allow a 15 min grace period for your appointment time. Arrival after 15 minutes is deemed a no show and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged the no-show fee.
