Meet Xena the princess warrior and a warrior she is. Xena is deaf and we will be working with her to teach her the basic commands using hand signals and the ecollar. She’s a sweet little girl with a great personality.

This is Hank, a Staffie/ Shepard mix. About a month ago Tammy and Rick called asking for help with their leash reactive dog, who was also dog aggressive on the leash. With some training, structure,hard work and the right tools, Rick and Tammy were able to transform Hank to be calmer around other dogs. So proud of you guys, keep up the good work.

At Gold Coast K9 Academy, we use a balanced training (yes and no- reward and correction) to help you and your dog communicate effectively, in order to enrich your lives and create a stronger relationship together.

Gold Coast's owner and certified dog trainer, Joanne, uses up to date, science-based, balanced methods and on hand experience to make the training process engaging while fostering reliable K9 behavior.

We offer both training classes and private lessons as well as board and train programs that will match your needs and your schedule from basic obedience or behavior modification.
