Was honored to have a great friend and mentor out yesterday to do a first evaluation and some fun pictures of the puppies yesterday! Very happy with what we are seeing so far!

We still have a few males available to show/sport/pet homes! Would also be open to a co-own home in the houston area (within a few hours)!

Allow me to show off chainsaw. Chainsaw is a pup that has spent a lot of time in preparation in order to reach his final destination half way around the world. Imagine buying a pup from another country and trusting that breeder to explain exactly what to expect when he finally got to you over a year later. Pictures are of Chainsaws first wild bird hunting trip on a small island off Tasmania. Chainsaw is out of a Sev/Murphy breeding and went to a good friend I’ve never met in person but have known for over a decade. Hopefully we’ll hunt together one day…….

GCH CH SILVERTHORNE'S SAMURAI ("Ronin") X MASCOT MILLENIUM UMMI-UMMI DN ("Ummi")

Ronin has been the #1 NOHS boerboel in AKC conformation for 2021, 2022 and 2023 as well as the top 5 in breed standings in 2022 and 2023. He is the ultimate family dog, our young son is his whole world. He also works well around our various livestock and is extremely protective of our property. Ummi is outwardly social and enjoys meeting new people while still always alert around strangers and keeping an eye on her family. She loves to swim and work and has earned her Dock Novice title in NADD. Both Ummi and Ronin are what I would consider medium drive dogs who enjoy working but have a great off switch in the house.

Both have PennHIP, and OFA Elbows (normal), eyes (normal), and cardiac (normal) as well as embark testing.

Puppies will be AKC registered.

Izzy (You Bet It Is What It Is) first day learning to be a broke dog. Murphy throws some pretty natural steadiness, no corrections from the collar or the check cord needed and only a basic understanding of whoa (from dock diving 🤣) coming in to today. Also this is maybe her 6th or 7th bird ever 😅

Izzy (You Bet It Is What It Is) from our Murphy x Paisley litter had a great weekend at the Texas Coastal Brittany Club trial this weekend, earning herself a 3rd place in the Open Puppy and then winning both the Open Derby and the Amateur Derby! What a great start to the season for this young dog! A huge thank you to the club for a great trial and to all the judges who spent time in the saddle this weekend watching her!

Great day at the GSP Club of San Antonio horse ack trial today! Vader (Murphy x Tuff, a Leo grandson) won with Journey (Leo x Jade), bred, owned and handled by Sandra Dannelley taking second after completing their first ever call back to retrieve flawlessly!

A good day for the roan boys at the GSP Club of San Antonio trial today! They went toe to toe this morning with Murphy coming out on top for 2nd place in the 3pt AGD and Vader in 3rd. Second place earned Murphy the elusive single point he lacked for his AFC, making him now (pending AKC approval) FC *AFC* You Bet I Broke The Law MH DEX DMX AMX2 AE. Thank you to judges Gene Moseley and Chris Yancy for their time in the saddle this weekend!

Finally had a free morning to get a few of the dogs out for some training this morning. Vader did some callback practice while Jinks and Paisley got to see a few birds for the first time this season that they stood perfectly for. Murphy got to do field clean up with Baylee for the first time and they worked great together!

4 week pupdate....puppies are on par with normal weights for our 6 week old pups 😂 Personalities are starting to develop, started on soft food and added the litter box this last week as well.

Two week update, pups are starting to open their eyes but are so fat it’s not easy. At almost 4 pounds these pups are almost twice the weight of the last litter pups.

Very excited for this cross of Murphy and Sev.

Murphy is an extremely biddable, natural bird dog. Owned/trained/trialed and tested by an amateur. Trained to a MH level with maybe 30 bird contacts total. Also a diabetic alert dog and held the distance record for the GSP in dock diving with NADD for almost 5 years. Invited and made the podium at the PPP Incredible Dog Challenge west coast qualifier in fetch it. Easy off switch and lives to please.

Sev is a successful wild bird dog and pointed in AKC field trials. Large running and a proven producer.

6 month old “started” pup up for your consideration. Jerry is crate trained, well socialized and started on quail. He’s ready to start running puppy stakes or start hunting this season. Located in Houston Texas and we’ll be travailing north east to Tennessee next week with him on board. Pedigree in the comments.
