So 1 thing that bothers me about cancelation policies is if I cancel last min or the day of whatever the reason may be. I might have a very sick child I didn't know would wake up sick. I have to pay them a cancelation fee. OK here is what makes me mad. The same company can call me day of. 2 hours before and cancel and they owe me nothing.

Reason I say that is I have a regular Rover client who I charge a cancelation fee of 15 dollars when she cancels same day. So last week I had to cancel the same day and I felt horrible. Yet yesterday I watched her dog for free! I told her not to pay me because I had canceled on her last min.

I promise when you use my services I will always take care of you! I believe in honesty and integrity with my business!

I recently also starting picking dogs up and dropping them off for customers! It's a new additional service! You have a vacation home? Let me make sure it's getting cleaned. Let me call the pest control people and make sure it's being taken care of. I can bring mail in. Take the trash out. Let me take care of the mundane. Child or pet need a doctor or vet? Let me take them for you! Grocery shopping? I can do that! I am your right hand person! Let me make your life easier! In 1 photo you see dog ice cream with a candle. The owner said it was her dogs 4th birthday so we celebrated her! Other boarding places are stunning! They have cool stuff and all the most wonderful things to do! Here we have a huge yard and a kiddie pool lol! Yet we are family here! Your dog gets attention from family! It's safe and loving and comfortable! We might not be fancy but your dog will feel love here! They will have a home here! Your animal is our animal until you pick them up! Come board with us or see dog daycare! We are available holidays!
