Random photos of some of the free range flock. They gather close to the house in the winter, but spend majority of the spring and summer out in the pasture. We have an over abundance of roosters hanging around, but they all get along really well. Also some extra ducks if anyone needs some drakes.

Edit: CLAIMED. We do have multiple older babies and drakes left if anyone else just needed ducks.

If anyone wants 5 just hatched baby ducks please contact me today. They have a first time momma duck and we already lost one baby to the cold. Feeding time she abandons them no matter how far from the house they are and they will freeze to death staying with her. Colors should be 2 chocolate and white, 2 black and white and one solid white. 2 days old. Muscovies.

We had a class today learning about birds! Huge thank you to RivrVue Farm and Ranch for donating the peacock and parrot feathers! I hate we didnt get photos of them!

He may have a chinese/sebastapol cross mom. Just a random guardian goose with fluffy feathers if someone is interested

The Quackies are thriving in this blizzard.... and still attempting to swim as soon as we break the ice.
This momma duck is recovering from a fox attack. She abandoned her nest so the eggs were moved to the incubator but it may be too late to save them. So far momma duck is ok!

They are bigger now than in these pictures, starting to get their big feathers. Wacky fed them by hand since they were tiny and they are super friendly, social, nosy birds. They have been wonderful but it's time for them to find a new pond.

Excited to announce the first ever show quality pair of birds for the farm!
Wacky is thrilled to announce his bantam cochins. The female is frizzle, and male is smooth. Expecting 50/50, so hopefully some will be available in the spring and he can begin 4H chicken shows next year!

It is with extreme disappointment Wacky announces ALL his keeper birds ended up being ROOSTERS. These are all polish or polish silkie crosses and will be available to new families.

We have a surplus of young drakes! All pretty social. They have grown up totally free range, and are too fat to fly to the only pond our birds have access to. (The females can fly well!)

If anyone wants to rehome these guys on a pond, major discounts for multiple birds. Only DRAKES available currently.

Their momma is also currently sitting on another nest, so even tho we wanted to be done for the year the birds are not!
