Our Story
Von Hohenhalla Dobermans was started by a family living in Atlanta, Georgia with the goal of producing simply superior European Dobermans! Our puppies are produced according to the FCI standard and are AKC registered. Our dogs at Von Hohenhalla Dobermans follow the traditional confirmation standard including docked tail and cropped ears. At Von Hohenhalla Dobermans, we believe the perfect Doberman has three basic traits: 1) proper confirmation, 2) natural working drive, and 3) a balanced temperament. Therefore, Von Hohenhalla Dobermans aims to create puppies who can achieve the goals of their owners, whether it be in confirmation, working sports, or as a beloved family dog! Von Hohenhalla Dobermans values the traditional purpose of the Doberman - to be a personal protector. As a result, we believe that a happy Doberman has a job to perform and a family to love! At Von Hohenhalla Dobermans we raise puppies to be prepared to become immediate members of your family! Our puppies reside in the heart of our home where they are always attended to, loved, and handled. Our puppies are extremely socialized and love to be apart of everything! Although we get extremely attached to our puppies, we believe that this method of raising puppies produces the best family dogs! Von Hohenhalla Dobermans consists of our cherished, loved, and spoiled European Dobermans! Our dogs are everything to us and we are never apart from them. They are our travel companions, couch snugglers, bed warmers, playmates, exercise buddies, and best friends. Our ultimate goal is to share with others the joy we have received from our own Dobermans. We do not breed dilutes including the fawn/Isabella & rust or blue & rust Dobermans. We also do not breed over-sized or "warlock" Dobermans.
