How our phone system works. If you select grooming and it continues to ring, PLEASE do NOT hang up and call back to talk to the store. If our groomers are all busy actively bathing or grooming a dog/checking in or checking out another grooming appointment, they are not always available to take a phone call. Please be patient. If you let it ring enough times, it will allow you to leave a voicemail so that when someone is available they can give you a call back. If you have pricing questions, it will give you the time exact pricing when booking online. Thank you for respecting our groomers time.

Our Grooming Salon IS OPEN for business. Hours of operation for now are 8:15-4:30pm Tuesday-Saturday. At this point, their is no online booking unfortunately due to an online issue with the store relocate. We apologize for the inconvenience and IT is working on a resolution. You can call 573-514-6404 and select grooming to book over the phone. Amber is our only groomer until we can hire more groomers, so she may not always be able to answer it while she’s actively grooming a dog. Please bear with us and allow it to ring until the voicemail system picks up and you can leave her a message to call you back when she is available. Thank you, we hope to see you and your dog soon!

After waiting for forever to get an update…. We have wonderful news!! Our official open date for our new store (located at 400 N Stadium Blvd.) will be Monday, May 22nd!! We’ll close our doors here on Sunday evening at 6pm for the final time. This move is long overdo and we are so excited to be able to offer more services!!

We will be a full service store with a vet clinic, self service dog wash and a grooming department.
