📑Here's a Special recipe for your pups to enjoy when their tummies need something gentle or just because they are so worth the best that Mother Nature gives us so generously to share!

💝Here is a nourishing meal I made with steamed broccoli🥦, filtered water, 🍲chicken broth, chicken, 🍚turmeric basmati rice, our 💛MAJIC Crunchies sprinkled as garnish, and always: LOVE.

🐾Optional: sometimes I add their kibbles especially if they're not used to fresh wholesome ingredients.

✨Notes: For busy mom's and dads, I use a rice cooker with a steamer for veggies (for me, the best kind is multi purpose 😊) I also add filtered water to dilute the saltiness and canned chicken with minimal processing. Please make sure the ingredients are safe for your pups!

✨💖Hi Everyone! The Full Strawberry Moon is almost here🍓🌕I wanted to share something personal that's not exactly joyful but I feel is important. This is something that also fills me with peace as I share my piece.
🙏So here goes . . . I am Sorry to All I have ever hurt either unintentionally and sadly intentionally.
💖Here is the Beautifully 🙏Ho'oponopono prayer poem I say to You with loving and humble tones:

✨I forgive myself as both a child and woman. And I know in my Heart, God forgives me as well🕊️
🌺I'm changing and gladly so. I believe we as Human Beings and as Divine Sovereign Beings, we are ever evolving. Even if we're temporarily resisting our inevitable transformation.
🌻I'm not who I used to be and yet I still remember. I now have more compassion for the self I was. I will always Choose to keep my Compassion and Empathy. I will always Choose LOVE.
✨🙏But I am also flawed in the sense of negative ego. Sometimes my tone is too harsh when I'm irritable, impatient, and overly self absorbed. And I withdraw into myself for protection, which also keeps out the Good and the Beautiful connections and experiences I might have had instead of lonely isolation😢😔
✨🌀Years ago I hated the idea of change because I felt I needed to control my environment for a sense of security, of feeling safe.
✨🥀Well, a collapse of my personal reality a few years ago really helped me but unfortunately it was damn super super painful mentally emotionally physically and Spiritually.
✨🌸I still struggle on some days like today. But overall, Now, I'm so much more grateful. And I'm consciously choosing to nurture more loving and healthy relationships versus fearful unhealthy attachments.
✨🙏Thank you for listening, or reading.
And I pray that Your transformation's filled with excitement, inspiration, & happiness that you get to share with your loved ones. Together.
