Effective immediately…. I can only groom clients that book their next appt while here for current appt. from now on. I am overwhelmed with appointment requests and have no where in my current schedule to put these requests. I am trying to return texts as I can, but am extremely busy with life right now and am becoming burnt out, to be frank.
Please be understanding, I am only one person with a lot on my plate.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Callie shows my current emotion perfectly!

To all of my customers not currently on my schedule, I am fully booked now thru till May 12th. My shop will be CLOSED the following days in April too…
April 6th, April 10th-14th, April 18th-21st and again April 26th-May 2nd. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Effective today…. All clients whom wish to stay with me MUST Book their next appt while here for current appointment. I am overwhelmed with texts and I just cannot keep up.

Just an update, I am still sick and now have also contracted bacterial pink eye to boot. I haven’t forgotten everyone that has messaged me for appointments, I just don’t want to make any before being out of the woods as I have a few days worth of make ups to book as well 😪.

To whomever decided my appointment book needed to be moved from where I had it on the stool next to the wipe board to being shoved under the white mounting block at the barn, Thanks for ruining a full year’s worth of bookkeeping for my grooming salon 😭 I couldn’t find it last night when I went to leave and would never had even considered looking there for it.
To all of my customers, please bear with me while I try to figure out what I had written for appointments the rest of this year before I book anyone else. Always something 😭

Three announcements 🐾

I am fully booked at this point thru till the week of December 4th.

I am taking some personal time Weds-Sun this week so I will not be answering texts during this time. I need a much deserved break as I haven’t had one in a very long time. **I am still grooming the dogs I have booked this Friday 🐾

I will also be out of town for a horse show Nov 30th Thru Dec 3rd. I will try to text folks back when I can, but if you don’t hear back from me before the 3rd, that is why.

PLEASE NOTE 🐾❤️. I am and actually have been booked thru Easter, just been too busy to post it. 🐰
I will be CLOSED Thurs, April 21st thru Sunday, April 24th as Paige is showing in Raleigh ❤️
I will also be CLOSED the week of May 2nd thru May 7th to travel to Chicago for our yearly National Bowling Tournament 🎳
I have been receiving 5-10 messages a day from potential new customers to me. I apologize, but at this time I am still not able to take them on. Trying to keep available for my existing clients.

Good Morning to all of my clients, Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️
Just a friendly reminder that I am still not able to accept new clients at this time, I want to be able to service my existing clients without making them have to wait too long to see me. I have been receiving 10-20 calls/texts/messages a day for new client inquiries and cannot keep up or answer them all and get a full days work in.

Please, please, please…. If you or someone is not feeling well on or before the day of your appointment, PLEASE reschedule. I can groom them another day, but if I get sick, I have to cancel a week’s worth of pups and that isn’t fair to me or my other customers.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You to all of my wonderful clientele that brought me gifts and cards and for just letting me take care of their fur babies this past year ❤️. Although it has been a year of many ups and downs but I am forever grateful to all of you. May you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎄I will see everyone next year!

🐾🎄ANNOUNCEMENT TIME🎄🐾
I am pretty much BOOKED THRU CHRISTMAS at this time! Please understand I am a “one gal” show and can only groom so many in a day. I am sorry that I cannot accommodate everyone before Santa comes.
🐾🎄 I will be CLOSED December 24th thru January 3rd. I will continue to book appointments for Jan 4th or after during my vacation 🎄🐾

Starting January 4th, I will be increasing my prices $5 a pet. I am sorry if this inconveniences customers, but I learned that I am priced far below other groomers in the area and offer more, such as the grooming of one pet or family at a time for faster pick up.

Also starting January 4th, I will be implementing a no show/cancellation fee.
I have had 14 cancellations/no shows/late arrivals in just the last two weeks. This is sad 😢. I book my appointments accordingly and if someone doesn’t show up, it does not allow me to call in another client to take the place of the pet that didn’t show.

I am fully booked before Thanksgiving at this point. I am sorry for any inconvenience, I am only able to do so many a day. Now is also a really good time to think about the 🎄 Holiday as I book up super fast! Thank you and happy Thanksgiving everyone. I am so thankful for all of you, I couldn’t be doing what I love if not for all of you 🦃

Thursday, Oct 21 at 8:30 for one or two small dogs.
Friday, Oct 22 at 8:30 for one small dog or
Saturday, Oct 23 at 8:30 am for one small dog.

Today has already been a hard one, I had to say goodbye to my sidekick of 16 years 😿. He has been by my side through thick and thin and it is going to be hard not seeing him every day. Rest In Peace Rusty ❤️
I have about 28 grooming messages to return to people so it might be a day or two before I get through them all.

Hey Everyone, an update on my concussion…. I didn’t want to believe that I even had one and still did a few already scheduled dogs here and there along with everything involved in putting on a 10 year olds Birthday Party and now I am paying the price in a not so good way 😢. I am taking AT LEAST the next 4 days off completely since it is a weekend and seeing how I am feeling after. I am not going to book any further appts until I am feeling better so that I don’t continue cancelling on people like I have this week. I am so very sorry for the inconvenience, but I need to take care of me ❤️

Please bear with me again as I battle another “bump in the road”. Last night I had a freak accident and lost a fight against a trunk of a car. The trunk won and I earned a trip to the hospital in an ambulance. I have a pretty good concussion that I am feeling today and the battle wound to show on my forehead. The Doctor told me that I need to rest for the concussion. She couldn’t say when I would feel up to working but to be careful with the concussion. I cancelled all appts for today and will decide later today if tomorrow will have to be rescheduled too. Gonna have to plan day by day. I am so sorry for, yet again, another bump in the road. I will post a pic in comments of my battle wound 😂

Hey everyone, as some of you may already know, two of my family members had come down with Covid this past week.
Please bear with me while I get my appointments for last and this week rescheduled before I make any new ones. We will “hopefully” be out of quarantine Tuesday morning as long as no one else here at home shows symptoms.
I am also very grateful for the recommendations I received online, however, I am still too busy to take on any new clients at this time. I appreciate the love ❤️ and want to continue to make my current fur babies happy.
