Finally got a post together to give a big Welcome to Milo and Coqueta. They're both wonderful and sweet and ready for a treat 😏, so happy Misty Step is growing in such a great direction!!

Separation anxiety is such a challenge, and time consuming to treat!! Caribou and Bev were the only two horses here for a whole year and got very attached (well one more than the other, we don't need to say who, but it's Caribou). With a third horse in the barn for company and the new indoor up, it's time for the pony to start leaving the barn for some training too! Caribou is absolutely not a fan!!! As frustrating as it is to postpone Bev's training in the ring again, taking the time is worth it I think. Plus it's a good opportunity to examine and tweak my separation anxiety protocol! Thanks to modern technology (ie. a tripod and a cell phone that can take video), I can do some basic research at the farm!

If people are interested I can post more on this + some of the videos later, but for now below is my very broad look at the data from day 1 and 2 (yesterday and today), showing a good looking trend if nothing else!

The Pivo camera broke on the way down to the arena the first day I tried to film :( !! So I only have a between the ears to prove it, but we are back to work and loving it!
