It has come to our attention that there is a member of our community (who will remain nameless) spreading false information and lies about our shop. I wanted to take a minute and address what you may have seen or heard.
We take the cleanliness of our shop very seriously, ESPECIALLY when it comes to fleas. We don’t groom many dogs with fleas, but unfortunately in this business it happens. When it does, we do everything we can to ensure all fleas on the dog and any in the shop are dead. The dog goes immediately into the wash tub and gets 2-3 baths, any area the dog was in gets treated with flea spray or flea bomb, and all towels and equipment used are cleaned appropriately.

That being said, we do not have a flea infestation, and if we did I would never allow clients or their dogs to enter into my shop. I will be treating all areas tomorrow for soundness of mind, however if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, and thank you for your continued support and love. It means so much to us 🐶 🐾 💛
