Late post but Saturday we had our farrier day. It went very good. A few I didn’t get pictures of because of holding horses but here are some pics of the kids getting their feet done!!! Thank you for all your support we cannot do what we do without your help!!!

Update: we got sponsors for two more fans only need one more fan!!! Here is a second one from Walmart with an enclosed motor. Either one will do.The other donors are getting us the ones from Walmart! We appreciate you all!!! One more to go!!

Huge shout out to Theresa Duke and her sisters for buying us three fans. We have to take all the fans out of the barn because not one of them works. So we are trying to replace all six fans If anyone would like to buy a a fan or two or three. All we need is three more. We have our oldest horses in the barn and Beauty is around 40 and she cannot sweat like other horses.
Below is the fans we are trying to get 3 more of. If you can find it in your heart so Miss Beauty can keep cool I’m sure she would appreciate it very much.
You can either buy them and drop them off or you could buy us a gift card or buy them and have them shipped to us all you need to do is pm me and I will give you the address to have them shipped to us.

This is the story of Freddie. Why would I share another rescues post you say. Well you see I am the one who found Freddie. I was panicked at what I found and couldn’t believe what I was seeing. So I got my friend Rhonda and we started the assessment. We are a much smaller Rescue with a lot fewer donors. I needed reinforcements so I called Emily Domagtoy who heads up a larger rescue Baby Girl Horse Rescue & Veteran Therapy Ranch. Emily called Van and they both headed over and diverted their vet they had to do a well check on another horse they have to us. Let me just say for me personally Emily and Van have saved me many times and are always there for us no matter what time I need them they come! This is what happens when rescues work together!!!
Thank you Van and Emily for always being there for us and helping even when I am panicked and yelling and crying and at my Witt’s end!! Emily and Van have the tough job of getting my had back on straight lol. This other rescue is not just another rescue they have become family.
Here is a happy story for today!! Look how good Freddie looks!! Thank you to everyone who helped out with his recovery!!

This little guy/girl was just brought to our rescue. He was running down Babcock by hisself. As you can see his head has been plucked in the back. So in the house he is and we treated his wound. He or she will be In the house till they heal and get bigger. Big and small we welcome them all!
Please pray she is ok and heals.

Hello rescue riders family!!! This weekend is farrier day. Out horses would love if you could help sponsor them so they can get their hooves done!!! It’s 25.00 each and we have 14 and that includes cletus the donkey. That is a total of 350. We could really use your help with this as hay is killing me right now!! And have you seen the price of a bag of feed purina senior is almost 30.00 a bag and we go thru 7 a week of just that one brand of feed.Thank you so much for anything you can donate we appreciate everything yall do for the horses.

Thank you to all our donars who made our dental day happen!!! Thank you to all who showed up to help hold and catch horses! And thank you to everyone who shared our post!! We couldn’t do this without all of y’all’s help!!
We did get Cletus the donkeys teeth done too but he wasn’t in the mood for a picture lol! For lack of better words he was kinda being an ass!

UPDATE: we got three horses sponsored and 25.00 towards a fourth horse to get their teeth done!!! Cmon guys we need to finish getting the fourth one and the fifth one so they can have some purdy teeth too!!! Thank you to those that sponsored so far!!! We cannot do this without your help!!! We still need to get lady paid for and 50.00 more for Apache!!

Sponsors needed: its wishlist Wednesday and on the 13 we are having an equine dentist come to the rescue and they are giving us a significant discount. Each horse we can get done will only be 75.00 with the discount. We need to see if we can get any sponsors for the following horses: Cricket, Duke, Bella, Lady, and Apache. So we need to raise 375.00.
