ADOPTIONS PENDING ❤️

Meet Manny (male) and Confetti (female) “Fetti” for short. They are 11 weeks old Lab/Golden Retriever mix. Mom is a Lab and dad is a Golden Retriever. They were born May 7th and are ready to find their forever families. These pups are are well socialized, love kids, other dogs and have been great with the cats. Fetti is more independent than Manny but both are the sweetest and super cuddly. They are working on potty training so their new forever family will need to have the time to continue their training. They already love to play in the water, and chase the ball. Puppies come with shots updated to time of adoption, deworming and flea treated. Spay, neuter contract and deposit required. Meet Mouch!

Even though he is a big lug of a puppy. Mouch thinks he is a lap dog. He's learning to walk on a leash and doing well with his potty training. He's good with cats and dogs. He's still getting used to the car as well as new situations. He is an absolute love bug!!

He's working on sit and stay and listens really well and is eager to please. He super treat motivated and smart so I training will be easy. Mouch will make a great adventure hound.

Morgan and his friend Alice just can’t understand why Morgan has not been adopted yet.

Malinois peeps!

He’s playful, happy, goofy, and energetic. Not for the faint of heart. Tug, toys, and treats are the best. Running as fast as he can and chasing his ball is even better. He loves to snuggle after he’s had some activity. Stuffies get eaten, but he’s not destructive. He loves ice cubes, bananas, balls, catch, tug, car rides, pretty much everything. He is a great hiking buddy. He lives up to the nickname “maligator”- hard chew toys are a must, and rope toys are outside toys. He currently lives with 4 dogs and a cat. Morgan is just barely I year old, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, chipped, healthy and looking for a Malinois experienced home. We would like to introduce you to … Herman. He is quite a handsome boy who is looking for a family of his very own. Herman was born on March 10. He will likely be 60 plus pounds when full grown. He is super fun, playful, silly, adventurous, exceptionally smart, curious and full of cuddles. Herman knows how to use a dog door and is good with dogs big and small. For a puppy he is super chill too. As you can see from the DNA test he is the perfect mix of all the cool breeds 😊.

They don’t have any teeth and have a handful of medical needs related to aging. Meet Smokey and Bandit
This adorable little duo are looking for their forever family. They have been well socialized with dogs of all ages and sizes and even enjoy sleeping with them. They have also been socialized with kids of all ages and other adult cats too. They are both fun, curious and full of adventure. They are also sweet and love to cuddle. They are 12 to 14 weeks old, litter box trained, vaccinated, wormed, and neutered.

We have some EXCITING NEWS!
A DNA test was done on Casey, one of Shay’s puppies and we have the results. This will give some insight as to what the rest of Shay’s puppies might be mixed with. Tests were also done to check for 265 different genetic diseases and he was negative for all of them. Of course this may be different for the other puppies but sounds like they have some good genes. Also, Caseys predicted healthy weight is 65 lbs.

Today is $5.00 Friday!

RHN sometimes takes in dogs who require more socialization and training than others and we may need to reach out to our local trainers and or doggy daycares to help with socialization and training. Morgan came to us very unsocialized. He is only a year old and spent his first year kept in a crate. He was not socialized with people or other animals. This is extremely detrimental to a dogs physical and mental health. Morgan has been working hard on adjusting to life outside a crate and is enjoying learning new things every day. But training and care can sometimes be costly for a small rescue. Your donations make it possible for RHN to continue to help dogs in need like Morgan.

Shay wants to let you know that she has raised her adorable pups to be gentle, kind and have good manners. She has taught them how to be confident and how to use the dog door to go potty and she has encouraged their curiosity, playfulness and their trust and love of hoomans big and small. Now she is ready to hand the reigns over to kind and loving forever families.

Her pups are thought to be a possible mix of Great Pyrenees, Lab, Golden Retriever or maybe Malamute but, your guess is as good as ours. Their birthday is March 10th. All pups will be up to date on vaccines, wormed, flea treated and microchipped. New families will be required to sign a spay/neuter contract.

Meet Mindy!
She is available for adoption through Rescued Hearts Northwest, located in Ferndale WA.

Mindy is a sweet little bundle of Joy who loves giving kisses.
She is a super silly, girl and the perfect mixture of fun and chill.

She is a 7 year old Pekinese/Japanese Chin mix weighing about 9 lbs. Mindy gets a bit jealous of other dogs do would love to have a person of her very own. She seems to be okay with kitties. She would love nothing more than to be the only spoiled pet in the home. She prefers older kids Probably 12 and up. But would really love a retired person who is home most of the time.

She is great on car rides and she walks great on a leash. She enjoys walks and adventures and she is the best little cuddle bug. She will alert you when someone is at the door but isn’t a big barker. She is a good girl at the vet and groomer and has very nice manners. Mindy is potty trained and also knows how to use a dog door.

Mindy requires a secure fenced yard (no wire or chain link) or a home where she is taken out on a leash to potty. Mindy requests that her new hooman will let her sleep in the bed with them as that’s what she has been used to her whole life.

It’s $5 Friday! RHN works closely with our local shelter. When pregnant dogs or puppies come in to the shelter like beautiful, sweet Shay, we try to help by taking them in and placing them in foster care. A foster home is a much more relaxing, comfortable place for mamas to give birth and care for her puppies or for puppies to learn and grow. When RHN takes in a liter of puppies, we educate about the importance of spay and neuter and will spay/neuter the mom and dad of the puppies for free to help continue or mission. Please consider making a donation so we can continue to bring in and help mama dogs and puppies in our community and also continue our mission to help the pet overpopulation problem through spaying and neutering.
