Chasing The Sun Stables located in Wallingford KY (Fleming County), 1 hour north of Lexington, has an opening for a full-time assistant barn manager.
Call us at 606-748-5400.
To compliment our Barn Manager and assist with all horse care. Three days during the week and each Saturday and Sunday. 
Duties include, but not limited to cleaning stalls, keeping barn clean, feeding 1 - 3 times per day, giving supplements, assisting in hands-on care as needed, as well as grooming, field checks, talking with clients, and reporting to manager for needs.
Skills we are looking for are specifically horse knowledge and handling experience, a keen eye for daily issues as they arise, keeping the barn clean and daily oversight of the horses on our acreage, foaling experience, hands on experience working with foals through two years of age and young horses learning ground manners.
