Best brooder ever!!! ❤️
Our Protectors❤️
Often we have people ask us why our dogs are so scarred or have minor injuries.
We Have Working Dogs! 😁
They are called Livestock Guardian Dogs and are here protecting our livestock daily from predators.
Spring time brings out hungry bobcats, coyotes, fox, skunk, birds of prey and more…and we have so many babies right now that are an easy target!
Our dogs are lovers by day and beasts by night!
Our females alert and run down a prey and our boys will go in for the kill-which is why they have dozens of scars!
You never have to be worried or scared of our dogs during the day.
They love to be pet and mainly sleep the day away.
But come nighttime…everything changes ❤️
Randomly Planting Sunflowers in our west field before the rain comes!

Crazy noise
This noise has been going on at our farm in SW Oklahoma this morning around 11:20
-still going at noon**
-Still going at 1pm**
-Low rumble started at 1:48pm and made dogs frantic**
-2:25pm it finally stopped, clouds dissipating and sun peaking thru**
Incredibly loud CONSTANT static sound!
Not stopping- so not jets or planes
And we live pretty far from Ft. Sill for it to be this loud.
Chick time!
We have a few chicks left available if you’re in the area and want some!
The colored ones are BYM and the black and gray are Bardrocks.

Who needs Tractor Supply?
Using the Madigan Squeeze technique on new baby Maximus.
Penelope gave us a huge kid and it was a hard labor.
Baby wasn’t responding well after birth, so I used the Madigan Squeeze technique to help stimulate him to “wake up” and stand/nurse.
Meet Maximus!
Happy to say both mama and baby are doing well 💙
