Our season has come to an end and now it’s time to PARTY and celebrate everyone’s accomplishments. Our awards banquet weekend will offer free camping, bring your horses, DJ and our wonderful Chinese auction.

RSVP for awards banquet no later than September 22 to Erica Croyle. Remember to include how many adults and kids are coming and if you need camping stalls as well.

Did you know our Volunteer Hour Log has a calendar year of Sept 1st to Aug 31st?! This is to give our members the biggest Incentive to help year round!

*if you still have remaining hours after the year recently ended on Aug 31st, you can still use them to camp for the remaining fall events!!

Here are some dates that your help can be appreciated!!! All while building your hours for next show season!

Sept 27/29 - FAHA Judged Trail Ride! Obstacle help is needed for setting up Friday still! Help won’t be turned down!
Sept 29 - Fun show!

Oct 18/19 - Banquet weekend! We can always use help with set up and tear down! camping is FREE for members this weekend as a thank you!!!

Oct 26 - Sasquatch Hunt!!!
Oct 27 - Fun Show!

Nov 9 & 16 work days to clean up & close the park for the season.

We understand that some schools are in session today, we plan to be flexible with exhibitions. If you are at the park please sign up for exhibitions first that way the school kids can sign up at the end. If needed we will reset barrels after poles based on time.

Signup in office starting Friday night! We ask that you list younger then older rider.

Younger will ride first. A center lineup and then older will get on. Stools are permitted for mounting. Older will then go other direction of arena. Both will walk trot.

It’s the last show of the year and these shows simply don’t run themselves. We have some amazing families that help us each and every weekend. However we want to help everyone by offering a special perk for the FINAL SERIES WEEKEND

💥Log 6 hours while AT the show, and on Sunday when you check out, have them deducted from your weekend stall rate making it $20!!
💥 Log 10 hours while at the show, earn FREE camping!!
💥 Log any hours to combine to what you already have to make enough to pay for either/both.

We bring you the FAHA Summer Series August 23-25 “Back To School Bash” !!!!

**Please read for important new updates & reminders*

🎉 Generation Gap Weekend 🎉

🛞 Segways, scooters, bikes, anything that has wheels!!!! Please be respectful around horses! Not all horses are broke to these items. The holding area for pleasure gets clustered, please go slowly n let ppl know your close. Absolutely NO wheeled items in the back warm up pen!!

Please also pay attention to the hookups and spacing.

NO SPEEDING in and out of the park will be tolerated. This is a family run organization with lots of kids, horses, and dogs at play at any time. Please drive slowly.

we are proud to say this is yet again a nearly sold out show! Thank you!!! There are a few stalls remaining if anyone needs.

This is a big show. Game exhibition riders may want to take advantage of Friday night to get those extra runs in. Saturdays show MAY become limited on expos to not push the start time any later

So with that, we wanted to post some friendly reminders that get forgotten

🐕 All Dogs MUST be on a leash to ensure safety for all

📝 Ranch Halter requires entry into one other ranch class

💥 You MUST enter your classes, in the office, no later than 2-3 classes in advance. Once the sheet goes out the door to the ring, you cannot enter

💥 ABSOLUTELY NO ADD ON’s at the gate. Excellent job last show!

💥 Point sponsorships need to be paid if you intend to select awards.

🎊 Points will be finalized within a few days of the show. Be on the lookout for this as our turn around time to select awards is tight!

📝 Sidepots must be signed up for prior to the class starting

🗑️ please take your campground trash to dumpster before leaving. We appreciate you helping keep our park beautiful. A great tip is save a sawdust bag and use it for trash!

🛑 NO REFUNDS 🛑

** please let Erica know your sawdust counts by Wednesday and it’ll be at your stalls and on your bill. Extra will be available in office.

Reminder for Fort Armstrong Ranch Horse Series exhibitors to log hours from the weekend! The reports are run tomorrow for our series show this weekend!

Just a friendly reminder to log your hours in a timely manner ☺️

If you’re intending to use hours for the Fort Armstrong Ranch Horse Series this coming weekend, please log them by Monday night as the reports will be pulled and sent to office staff.

Hours need to be submitted by 8/19 for the next FAHA Summer Series August 23-25 “Back To School Bash” show to be ready on time!

We are looking for two open class sponsors still for fifty each if anyone is interested!!!
