As an owner of a couple anxious dogs myself, I will share this every year.
Quick PSA: During the Fourth of July holiday, and the days leading it up to it when folks start celebrating with noisy fireworks, scores of pets run away from the sights and sounds, making the day after Independence Day the busiest of the year for animal hospitals and shelters. Please do your due diligence. And if you feel as though your pet may need medication to help them relax during firework season, now is the time to speak with your veterinarian!

Update my baby girl is home. Yes I know no e-collar however, my wonderful cousin Robin had this onesie and was so kind to let us use it. Thank you for spending the day with this nervous fur Momma. 🥰 thank you to my niece Jasmin for checking in on me today, thank you to Auburn Hills Animal Hospital for your love and kindness and thank you to all of you who kept my Annie girl in your thoughts and prayers 🙏 ❤️ much love to all 🥰

🚨Porcupine missing‼️🚨 ** HE HAS BEEN FOUND!!
Double H Farms is on the search for their "OTIS" a North American Porcupine that has been Domesticated his entire life!! When they came to do their animal chores Sunday morning, after the LOCASH concert they found someone broke into their animal barn!! 😡They seemed to leave most things alone, but went thru 3 CLOSED and LOCKED doors into our Porcupine enclosure and then left them all open before they left!! They are not harmful in nature, only when they feel threatened. If you see him, please contact us right away. 260.316.9868.

Escanor is still searching for a forever home! A DNA test was done and the results show he is a Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix and alittle bit lab. He is in a foster home currently, so please fill out an adoption application if you’re interested in this big fluff ball! 💗🐾

Sunday night, we finally located Hoolies original owner. We set up a time for him to come see Hoolie on Monday night, so we could get more of a background on him. Due to unforseen circumstances he had to get rid of him and he gave him to someone he trusted to take care of him. Somehow between him giving him up and us getting him he was abandoned and tied up to a tree according to what we were told. We wanted to make sure he couldn't take him before doing his next meet and greet. Unfortunately due to his living situation he couldn't take him. He would love nothing more than to take Hoolie back home. It was good for both Dustin & Hoolie to have this quality time together ❤️ This is a friendly reminder not to judge people and their situations when they have no other choice but to give their fur babies up. In the mix of us trying to find Hoolie a home a few people passed judgment on Dustin. If you would have seen Dustin & Hoolie together the entire visit you would all understand. Dustin was extremely hurt by all the negative comments and almost didn't reply to our messages to come see Hoolie due to everyone's rude & unnecessary comments.
