Is Throwback Thursday still a thing? Because here are my very first sourdough loaves šŸ˜‚

Theyā€™re small, didnā€™t really rise, and definitely arenā€™t winning any beauty contestsā€”but hey, every baker has to start somewhere! Sourdough is a journey full of trial, error, and flour all over the kitchen.
