What a difference a year makes! Daphne is approximately 15lbs which makes her a bit larger than my other poms. Pomeranians are the smallest (under 10lbs) of the Spitz breed type. There are many folks who desire a more formidable Pomeranian.
A larger pom can participate easily in more active lifestyles.
They can engage and play safely with younger children and other pets.
They are able to hop up on the sofa or bed or into the car unassisted. Bending to pickup a small dog can be risky for some individuals.

Yes! I am biased. But I have done plenty of research.. plus I never liked small dogs!
Pomeranians are the absolute best dogs..
They are a great companion and they brighten everyone's day that sees them!
