Our Story
Horsemanship? Simply put: improving our relationship with horses by advancing our understanding of them and their needs. Finding harmony with the horses is finding harmony with yourself, and finding harmony with yourself is finding harmony with the horse. This can benefit individuals on the trail (more confident and athletic trail horses), in the arena (exercise your horse's mind, not just their body), and in the show ring (I promise better showing comes from YOU improving).
I love teaching in a way that gives "the big picture", and not exclusively quick fixes or simple patterns. However, I do find that those can be used as check-points on the overall journey of improvement. It’s the balance of using both that has helped improve my own style, and this is what I want to offer you.
