It would appear posting on social media is not my strong suit 😅

I’m steadily getting mounts done and ready for pick as well as steadily getting deer in! Check out my Facebook for an updated price list for the 2024 season.

A few things for this season - I am not taking in any bear, squirrels or coyotes this year. I am also limiting how many deer and other small game I am going to take so that I can ensure everything gets back in a timely manner.

My estimated time for deer mounts are a year and anything else is a year and a half to two years. As a reminder - this is a hobby/side job. I have a normal Mon-Fri job so I’m not always available during the day but if you can’t get me by calling, send me a text or message!

As always, thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their mounts and have been patient with me getting them out. I truly appreciate it!

A sweet woman that I work with brought me these BEAUTIFUL antlers from a deer her grandfather killed many years ago. The deer was originally mounted (I think in the 70’s) and was taken apart but the antlers saved.

She wanted a way to preserve and showcase these beautiful antlers so I did a simple antler mount that now will be hung over her pretty rock fireplace 💛

These antlers were too pretty to take a picture of in my basement so I brought them to my sunroom since the suede looked good against my rug lol

First fox mounted under Cifax Taxidermy that was picked up by a happy customer this past weekend 🦊

Have a bear, squirrel and deer currently drying and up next to mount this week/weekend are a couple deer, squirrel and some skull mounts. Trying to knock out as many mounts as I can before my batch at the tannery is ready so be on the lookout for some more pictures!

Happy Hunting Season!!

You can find the 2023-2024 price list pinned to the top of the page under services.

A few things have changed for the 2023-2024 season. I am no longer taking any European mounts or any skull mounts. I am also no longer taking any squirrels. Deer mounts will no longer come with a plaque and name tag - they will be an additional cost of $40.

There is a $200 minimal deposit required on all mounts excluding bear. All bear mounts will be a $400 minimal deposit required.

My turn around time is currently a year to a year and a half out.

I do my best to try and get everything out in a timely manner but please be mindful that this is NOT my full time job. I have a regular Monday - Friday job as well as being a wife and mother so please be patient and respectful of my time.

Thank you all who have trusted me with your mounts and recommended me to your friends and family! I look forward to serving you this season!

Buck from the 2021 season that had a rotten hide so I had to use a replacement hide - that the hunter so graciously provided during the 2022 season!

This buck was taken by one of our really good friends on our farm - this is the first buck I’ve mount from the farm so it’s pretty special!

Two mounts that I finished today!

This was my first half mount buck and I was pretty excited and nervous going into it - I am pretty happy with the end result!

This was also my first time repositioning a head on a bobcat - the customer wanted it looking more downward instead of straight out so I cut the head off and positioned the head so that the nose was about an inch and a half angled down compared to straight out!

Up next to mount are a few more bobcats, a couple deer, some squirrels and a bear!

I’m slacking on posting but I have been steadily working over here - finishing up the last few mounts of last season while bringing in some nice ones this season!

I’ve brought in almost triple what I brought in last year at this time so thank YOU for your recommendations and trusting me with your mounts!

Another bobcat done and ready to be picked up!

I just received the last shipment of hides from the 2021 season from the tannery last week. I had hoped to get everything done before this upcoming season starts but unfortunately, I don’t see that happening. Just know I am working hard to get everything done as quickly as I can without compromising quality! I appreciate your patience and understanding!

Finished my last bear mount of the 2021 season last night!

I still have a few mounts left to finish from last season (all but one hide is still at the tannery) but I am looking forward to the 2022 season to start!

Finished and delivered this bobcat to my cousin, Ashley - she brought it to me to mount all the way from Currituck County in NC!

I love being able to finish pieces for family and friends but I always get a little nervous upon completion and pickup thinking they’ll hate it lol thankfully, that wasn’t the case here!
