Mobile home & horse stall rental package located on a 47 acre horse facility in Grantville, PA. 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Minimum of 2 stalls up to 10 horse stalls. The mobile home unit is located back behind the barns and paddocks. Horse facility includes barn with wash stall, 100’ x 200’ outdoor arena, 6 horse exerciser machine, round pen, sand riding ring and 3/8 mile exercise track. A equine/dog swimming pool is also available for an additional charge. Pet friendly (maximum 2 pets, $25/month charge per pet, $100 security required per pet.)

For rent: 2 bedroom/2 bath pet friendly mobile home on horse training center grounds located in Grantville near the track up to 2 to 5 stalls included (self care).
Training facility includes round pen, small outdoor riding ring, outdoor 110’ x 200’ event arena, 6 horse exerciser, 3/8 mile fenced gallop track and numerous turnouts. Horse pool also available at reduced rate for boarders.
Each barn includes wash stall with hot and cold water.
Monthly events to be held in event arena April - November. PM for information.
