It's a hot day for lessons! Thankful we are finished up before noon! Heat index just reached 101.8. Shower time and a nap before night activities begin!

Five years ago I bred the mare that saved me when my world turned upside down and my mom passed away. This summer I am starting that baby under saddle. I was there when the vet had to pinch your twin, I was there when you were born and I am here right now trusting you not to kill me. Her trust in me is like no other horse I have ever worked with, this is a once in a lifetime experience and one I will never regret ❤️

This was a first for me! I am blessed in many ways and Kristen is one of the ways! When I reached out to Kristen to help with Rose I only touched a small part of her MANY amazing talents! Foretold Heights may be a barn full of misfit horses making it through this equestrian world but we have an amazing team of farriers, vets, chiropractors, saddle fitters, coaches and over all support team! Our horses are happy and healthy and give us their all, and deserve getting the best in return ❤️

Foretold Forever aka Spartan learning how to use those long legs!

Proud trainer moment! Zoe has been working super hard now building a relationship with @em_grace99 gelding Mocha, helping him recover from a broken hip that happened from a pasture accident several years ago. Zoe did all the leg work reconditioning him and bringing him back and now she is starting to feel the talent this horse has for jumping. You all this kid is 11 years old! She is amazing! A true horse woman, hard worker and always ready for anything! I see some USEA events coming up real soon for this kid!

Today was a great day! Nia has been working hard for a long time for this. She and Phoenix jumped their first course together. She is living proof that it can be done! Super proud of these two!

Ray is starting to canter courses. And boy is she just as cute as could be! Check those knees and the start of lead changes too!

Rose brushed off the dust and went to her first jumping show in probably 10 years. This mare is amazing, she has recovered from 3 suspensory pulls and foundering. She is 25 years old and still loving her job teaching the next generation the joy of working with an Arabian, red mare! A special shout out to @arnallsnaturals for helping her heal and keeping her sound these past few years. I fully believe we would not be here without this supplement! They are a fantastic family run and owned small business that is locally made, if you haven't checked them out you should! I have all of my horses on this supplement and after 4 years I can say it is 100% worth it!

Teaching control and planning with the use of obstacle courses. The slower rider gets to do sit ups on the horses back. This helps build a strong core and healthy competition. Shout out to Foxy Jewel learning to be quite the lesson horse! She is still for sale. Romeo is so excited he will get to go outside this weekend! This stall-indoor arena-stall business is not nearly as much fun as running on grass and sunshine!!!!

There is a ton more about horses then just getting on and riding. Here at FH we have a working student program that helps get you more hands on and behind the scenes.
