This is the last week to purchase raffle tickets to support a great cause! Every ticket purchased will be used to support the Briggs Stable Therapeutic Riding Program. Every dollar raised enables us to help a person with disabilities continue to ride or to purchase specialty equipment needed for many of the riders. We truly appreciate everyone that contributes!
The winner will be drawn next Wednesday, August 7, prior to the start of Jack Benny Leadline.

Mini Show #2 is in the books! We had a little storm delay in the middle of our Walk Trot classes, but everyone stuck it out and it ended up being a great show!

The rest of the summer is shaping up to be pretty great! We have 2 weeks of Equitation Over Fences on the schedule and we added in a Walk Trot Command Class! Everyone please take note that Costume class and Jack Benny Leadline have changed weeks from their normal slots every summer!

As many of you know Bill Ritchie had a scary fall from a horse yesterday at the June Show. As of last night, he is being held at the hospital for the weekend, awaiting more tests before being released.
Bill has been a longtime friend and a supporter of our show. Let’s all keep him in our thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.

Buckles & Boots Ranch Riding Clinic with TOBY TYLER. April 21, 2024 Open to all breeds. Clinic will include ECRRA rules, patterns & scoring. Patterns will be critiqued and then a re ride. 10 riders each session 9 to 12 walk / jog and 1-4 Walk jog lope. $100 per rider. No Fee for Auditing. Following the clinic there will be a Massqha meeting at 5pm that will count for one of the 2 meeting rule for year end points. Clinic will be held at Briggs Stable in Hanover Ma. We lost a beloved member of our Briggs Stable Therapeutic Riding volunteer team on February 6. Almost every Sunday morning, Rachel could be found at the barn volunteering her time to help with our TR program. She had a kind nature and a generous heart which all of the riders gravitated towards. She was soft spoken and gentle, which all of the horses loved.

We are saddened to hear the news that Frank “Wh**ey” Correira has passed away just shy of his 92nd birthday.
Wh**ey was an amazing craftsman, restoring antique buggies, sleighs, and fire engines (and countless other things!) He volunteered his time at local horse shows and was often found being the ring master and keeping people laughing and smiling during the course of the day. His energy and love for life was infectious.
Our thoughts are with all of those that knew and loved Wh**ey
