SRD American Blue Cattle SRD American Blue Callte SRD Belgian Blue Cattle is a fullblood/ crossbred operation with some AI work. I also sell beef off of the farm.

I sell anything from low percentage to fullblood heifers and bulls. Belgian Blue meat is very tender and lean. It has less fat and cholesterol than boneless, skinless chicken. Although it does not have very much fat, it is still tender due to the short muscle fibers. Other cattle, such as Angus, have to have fat to break up their long muscle fibers.
