PK Stables offers Riding lessons and Boarding. We are located in Henderson KY and are close to both Evansville and Owensboro.
We are a quiet, private farm. Boarding is $400 a month and consists of a box stall with daily grain and turn out. We have a forage first program which means your horse will have access to pasture and/or quality hay 24/7. Riders have access to our tack room, indoor arena, trails, obstacles and jumps.
Lessons are private and focus on you and your goals! $35 for a 45 minute lesson. While we specialize in adults who are returning to riding and have some fear issues we also are happy to work with confident riders who want to sharpen their skills! Our lesson horses do dressage, jumping, clicker training and obstacles.

So excited to see the growth here at PK Stables. In addition to our obstacles we have added cross country jumps! from small to large we have a jump to suit any skill level! In case you were wondering, our coops are currently tarped to keep them safe from the weather. They will get a new weatherproof paint job come spring. ;)

We have put a few more rides on this girl and gotten to know her! She has LOTS of buttons and obviously had professional training in her past. She rides great western or english and LOVES to jump! She would be an amazing hunter or Eventer project for someone looking for a smaller horse. She has plenty of speed and is very catty could also take her and use her for cattle or barrels. She would also be a fabulous western dressage horse. She is very responsive to the aids and does better with a light tough. She is currently being used as a therapy horse and does great being lead around. Has done tons of trail rides and been taken camping. She is very sweet and loves attention. Good ground manners. Loads right up. Current on everything. She is a very nice, sound mare. This kind doesn't come avialable very often. 4000. Henderson KY.

Riding video. SOUND ON! This mare hauled over to my place for this video. Same day as Kenergy was tree trimming our powerlines. You can hear the chainsaws and limb chipping going just outside the arena. She didn't know me, the arena or what was going on outside. Yet she still did as asked. What a good girl!
