Tracy is saying goodbye to her 16 year old Pit Bull, Coco this week after a month and a half long battle with chronic pancreatitis. Loss and grieving can make it extremely difficult to keep up with everyday tasks. Please be patient during this time. She will not be returning calls or scheduling appointments this week, but will get back in touch with everyone at the beginning of next week. Thanks for your understanding.

Good morning all! Alot of clients are not using our page..however if you are and know clients who dont..please pass this message on...we have lost 2 full time groomers since the Pandemic which leaves me...Mark..who's name is on the lease and own the business title. So let me try to explain here because most people don't understand why I can't do the job of 3. First the salon operates on a sub contract basis, which means each one of us is self employed...these additional groomers control their schedule, clients and provide their tools along with shop compliance of cleanliness and professionalism. They in turn pay D'Tails a commission to have a place to conduct their own business...unfortunately if your groomer leaves...hopefully they will do as Tracy and try to direct those clients to another groomer because each of us already has a base of clients that must be served above all...at present I am trying to find new groomers..but I hear everyone got rich from the Pandemic so its gonna be difficult due to people don't need jobs! Hope this shows some clarity and as always thanks to all who have supported. God Bless!

For the rumors that have passed...and any questions that have arisen..we are not closing...however we are scaling back on clientele because one full time groomer decided to pursue another venue in life and my other groomer who was full time is available only to her clientele two days a week ...that leaves just myself...sorry for any inconvenience but its basically just life happening and change..God Bless🙂

Good morning! We will be opening again the first week in May! This will be a soft opening which means curbside drop offs and pickups..also since there are three groomers we will be working different schedules as much as possible to protect each other...those clients who already had appointments will be called first..please be patient with your personal groomer and await their calls...if we fail to answer the phone its because of the abundance of work we face...rest assured everyone will get a response if you leave a message...again we know its difficult to wait but we thank you for your patience and for your loyalty....continue to be safe and take care of each other! We regret to inform everyone that under NC executive order #120 we must close for a period of 30 days..although the order did fail to name pet grooming specifically I've seen two emails by NC groomers that have a response directly from the office of Gov. Roy Cooper to close doors or accept large penalties and a misdemeanor charge! Therefore it is our duty to protect you and ourselves..

We will remain open as long as possible or until asked to close because currently I cant get any information on our particular line of work..however to keep us and the public safe if you are sick we will reschedule you...also no walk in appts... by phone only 8282567206..our doors will be locked and we will allow only one client in at a time for drop off and pick up..thank you for understanding and your business..may God bless and please protect each other!!
