Salty Sam is sparkling clean!
▪️Long full coated dogs need extra grooming sessions and need to come in more often than most, especially if you want it kept long, and don’t thoroughly brush your dog out yourself.
It’ll need to come in every 2-3 weeks, versus every 6-8 weeks so it’s easier on your dog, and easier on us groomers. Dematting isn’t fun.

Missing on Kaunaloa Street off of Haihai since around 10am today (9/27/23) Belongs to elderly people.
Just freshly groomed yesterday, so this is what she looks like now.
No harness or collar on.
She does not bite, but will most likely run from you.🐾

Friendly reminder that we book up 2-3 weeks out for full groomings. Closed on Sunday & Monday.
And we close daily by 3:00pm.

•We are booked 2-3 WEEKS OUT.

Meaning, we do not have same day appointments or appointments in one or two days. Nor availability the week you call for an appointment.
If you miss your appointment, we cannot just fit you in ASAP to the already existing schedule…you need to rebook it with your groomers next openings.

•Once again we are CLOSED ON SUNDAY & MONDAY.
Open TUESDAY- SATURDAY.

•We can’t ALWAYS get to the phone because of how busy & loud it is…so please leave a message so we can get back to you.
A BRIEF CLEAR MESSAGE around 10 seconds is great. (Your dogs name, owners name, dog breed, & a contact phone number)
Leaving 1-2 minute messages on our answering machine takes up to much of our time to listen thru, especially when trying to decipher it with dogs barking & blow dryers on.
So please keep it short & simple. We can discuss all the details about your appointment once we are in touch.

•We only have TWO GROOMERS.
Hence the reason why we have limited availability.
And with the constant overwhelming influx of new clients seeking our services after being disappointed at a few other salons, we are trying to accommodate everyone the best we can to get all your pups groomed, so please bear with us & we thank you for your patience.
