💦WHO IS UP FOR A 21 day CHALLENGE that can change your life? 💦

STARTING NOVEMBER 1st I will be hosting a 21 day water challenge, the goal is to track your water consumption, and up your water intake each week.

COME HYDRATE with us - if you are local, you are welcome to come pick up some of our awesome molecular structured KANGEN water for free (this will be a great opportunity to TASTE and SEE what I’ve been talking about) from my house, otherwise try drink a clean, filtered or spring water - just make sure it still has the minerals in it.

🗯️Did you know you are supposed to drink at least half your body weight in water a day?

➡️ We’ll be starting off drinking half our body weight in ounces for the first week
➡️➡️ Then moving to 3/4 our body weight by the second week
➡️➡️➡️ And by the third week if you really want to challenge yourself then you can begin drinking your entire body weight in ounces!!

It will seem & feel like a lot and the third step up might even be too much for you.

That’s totally okay if it is.

💧 functions of water
💧 types of water
💧 signals of water shortages in the body

Water is the source of life of all living matter!

And not only does it GIVE life, it SUSTAINS it as well.

If sufficient water is not taken in on a regular basis, dehydration can set in 😬
causing unwanted effects in your body

If you are feeling great and completely thriving in life and this step feels a bit too much, no worries at all. Stick to 3/4 of your body weight for the last week, but if you have some underlying issues try meet the challenge of drinking your whole body weight in ounces in Week 3!

Yes, it will be challenging 🤷🏽‍♀️

🍁 Hope you all have had a blessed week! 🍁

I will be working an event at Riverpark off Amnicola this weekend Saturday with Ketterer Homes,- if you are wanting anything let me know and I’ll tell you where I will be, otherwise pick up anytime at my house in Hixson.

This week I was very blessed to spend a few days in the Blue Ridge mountains, training for the expansion my husband and I are doing in both our businesses, that in essence merges us into one.
