Mommy fell and has 4 staples in her skull. While painting the doors to our new camper, she walked on some rocks then blacked out. Woke up holding her head together while blood was pouring down her face. She's ok now except for a lot of pain. They didn't numb mom while putting the staples in, so she's having migraines. But mom assures me that she will continue fixing our home and get new bedroom picture perfect for me.

We are alive. We just got water, ice and some food here in Houma. All my animals are ok, except for 1 of my older dogs. Skye my AG Timneh is doing good. Biggest problem right now is lack of fuel and my meds are almost out. Cant get ahold of my diabetic shot med. Neighbor gave me some of her prescription because I was swelling and my feet turned purple/blue. I'm more worried about Sookie ( my old pomeranian)then my stupid feet though.

Complete devastation everywhere. My son lost his home. My home still standing, has some damage, but livable. Cajun Navy has been the only help around for days. Looting and price gouging is rampant. All I can report for now. Phone signals iffy at best. Please continue with prayers. This mess is much worse then hurricane katrina.
